We would like to express our gratitude for your continued and exceptional support.
In June 1994 – the year said to be of the information revolution – Rococo Co., Ltd. was founded with the aims of becoming a universally trusted business partner by providing new values “24 hours/365 days” through the rational and effective management of "information, communication and talent" .
Then in January 2019, Rococo consolidated the group companies, ICT Co., Ltd. and SSE Co., Ltd., furthermore refining its long-held strengths – the four solutions, "IT Outsourcing", "BPO", "HR solutions" and "entertainment services" – and made a fresh start striving to become the creative solution service company that connects with the hearts of people across the world through trust and ties.

Rococo will contribute to society and advance its growth strategy by following the three basic policies below.

A creative solution service based on state-of-the-art technology

In order to incorporate state-of-the-art technology, we are exchanging skills and talent through technical collaborations with domestic and international companies as well as through academic-industrial collaborations including Waseda University, Graduate School at Kitakyushu Campus as well as universities abroad.
Our entry/exit solution utilizing biometric authentication technology using smartphones has attracted attention from many companies and is being implemented in a major domestic entertainment firm as well as at a stadium abroad.
Also, with regards to HR solution, we have developed solutions which deals with various HR tasks range from our attendance management system equipped with a meticulous support as well as consultation function to our talent management system that derives talent from the various internal talents.
These solutions are implemented and applied to various personnel management tasks such as by mega-banks and major amusement firms.

User support – such as system/service engineer dispatching, contracted development and helpdesks – maintain a more high-level and flexible operational structure, which we are building as a basis for company growth.

Corporate Philosophy/Origin of Company’s Name

Our company name, "Rococo", comes from "Cocoro" (Heart in Japanese).

When considering the ideal form of a company, it is to provide a heartfelt service using IT as a tool, and in order to do that, a company must have a heart as well.

We express the mentality that forms the code of conduct for all our employees as "company spirit", and we state this as follows,
"Trust is the foundation of everything".

We believe that strong trust – built by enabling ever-higher performances through forging bonds respecting individual personalities – is the very mindset we need to overcome various challenges we face in a global society in which information level has been highly developed.

History of Establishment

After the burst of Japan's bubble economy, companies struggled to find new values, left in a world where, for many, the only path forward was to take advantage of information technology.
However, they found difficulties because technology advanced in the blink of an eye, and the amount of information expanded with the speed of light.




Under these circumstances, Rococo was established in 1994 to offer round-the-clock, 365-day support services to companies in trouble.




Starting with consultation, we offer comprehensive services ranging from system development to various kinds of support. Our clients are now able to focus on finding new value with our software, by outsourcing their help desk service and by utilizing the IT skills of our staff. We are committed to serve our clients and contribute to society.
